The HOPE for Youth Foundation Annual Scholarship Awards Ceremony was held on May 20, 2025 at the Hendrick Hudson Free Library. That evening, scholarships were awarded to 12 high school seniors from 8 high schools. Additionally, 8 college freshmen returned for the second half of their scholarship, and shared a snippet of their college experience and some advice to the graduating seniors.
Two students from Putnam Valley High School were awarded the HFYF Christine McHugh Memorial Scholarship. They received their accolades and checks at their high school awards night.
A total of $62,000 was awarded in scholarships ($38,000-2025 recipients; $24,000-2024 returning recipients).
